Most Insurance accepted: Most services for mental health and/or substance abuse/dependence are covered by your insurance. Copayments/coinsurance/deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. Please check your benefits.

I am committed to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your treatment. If you are uncertain of the cost for a specific service, MCES urges you to inquire about it.  

Self-pay 

Fees: Varies with specific treatment and insurance coverage (please check your benefits). All fees are due, including co-pays/co-insurance, at the time of services.

Payments: Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Missed Appointments, No Shows, or Late Cancellations:

My policy is to charge for “no show” appointments at the rate of a normal office visit. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are also subject to this fee. Please help me serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointments.

Billing for Testimony, Attorney Fees, Correspondence, Etc.:  

Billing will reflect a combination of factors including expertise, potential practice income loss, travel time, updates, reports, and courtroom waiting time, (time away from office, whether called to testify or not, loss of clients). As a fact or an expert witness, I expect to be compensated for my time. Please contact myself if you have any questions regarding billing.  A deposit/retainer of $950.00 is required if referred by an attorney for any legal matter (ex. court ordered).  Please refer to the financial policy.  Please inquire for PC fee services, Court Ordered Reunification Therapy, or any other Court Ordered Service.
